Sun Valley – is a quaint ski resort community just one mile east of Bald Mountain and the town of Ketchum. This community includes the village of Sun Valley, the Sun Valley Resort and all of the surrounding residential areas. Classic larger Sun Valley real estate resides on the Sun Valley Golf Course. Sun Valley offers a wonderful summer symphony, fine dining and entertainment, shopping, golfing and cross-country skiing in a refined western environment.

Elkhorn – is within the city of Sun Valley, stretching from the Dollar Mountain ski lift to the southern area of Ketchum. This resort community offers the world-class Elkhorn Golf Course, swimming and tennis courts. Ketchum – The thriving mountain town of Ketchum is the heart of the Sun Valley area. Including West Ketchum and some outskirts, this area runs from the base of the world-famous Mt. Hailey – Hailey is a quaint town that has recently been bustling with activity and growth. Hailey offers attractive houses to first-time homebuyers. The town has many new local businesses and activities and is becoming more and more popular. Just 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski resort, the Hailey community is home to Blaine County High School and many wonderful surrounding neighborhoods.

Bellevue – Bellevue is known as the Gateway to the Wood River Valley. This community has been rapidly growing in the last few years. Many new area businesses are finding Bellevue to be a perfect place to set up shop just south of Sun Valley.
